Ingredients for 4 servings
150 ml milk
2 eggs (L)
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons butter
4 thick slices of white bread
400 g summer berries of your choice
Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc lemon & lavender
Whisk the milk, eggs and sugar in a shallow bowl.
Melt the butter in a large frying pan. Place the bread slices one by one briefly on both sides in the egg and milk mixture, drain and fry on both sides in the butter until golden brown. Remove and drain on kitchen paper.
Carefully wash the berries, drain and sort. Serve with the French toast and sprinkle with Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Lemon & Lavender and lavender flowers if desired.
