    Lemon cake

    We're in the middle of lemon season on Mallorca, which means we're about to make our long-awaited, limited edition Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Lemon & Lavender. To sweeten the wait for our new edition a little, we've created a delicious recipe for you: Enjoy our Flor de Sal Lemon Cake.


    300 g flour
    160 g sugar
    2 teaspoon baking powder
    2 packs vanilla sugar
    1 pinch of Flor de Sal Limón & Lavanda
    250 ml oat & almond milk
    115 ml sunflower oil
    Lemon juice of 2-3 lemons



    200-250g icing sugar 

     2-3 table spoons lemon juice 

     1 teaspoon of Flor de Sal Lemon & Lavender


    Pre-heat oven to 180 degree.



    Grate and squeeze the lemons. Put 2-3 tablespoons of the lemon juice aside for the cake glaze. Mix the lemon zest with sugar and put aside. In the meantime mix flour, baking powder, vanilla sugar and a pinch of Flor de Sal lemon & lavender together in a bowl. Then add plant milk, lemon juice and oil. Also add the sugar and lemon zest mixture. Then Mix everything thoroughly in a dough mixer or in a bowl. Grease a baking tin, spread out the mixture and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C. Let the cake cool down. For the cake glaze Mixicing sugar and lemon juice and Spread onto cake evenly. Spread Flor de Sal Limón & Lavanda onto glaze and decorate with decor flowers.
