With the varieties "Bitter Mallorca Salt" and "Bitter Caramel Mallorca Salt" we take you on a culinary journey to our beautiful natural beach Playa d'Es Trenc - the home of our Flor de Sal, which gives the two novelties their distinctive character. The sea salt, which is traditionally extracted in the basins of our seawater salt pans, crystallises there into beautiful flowers and is a popular speciality of the Balearic Islands due to its special taste.

The exciting interplay of salty and sweet notes in "Bitter Caramel Mallorca Salt" comes into its own in aromatic dark chocolate with 62% organic cocoa from the Dominican Republic. Here, crunchy caramel crisps meet hand-scooped salt flowers from the natural Mallorcan beach Playa d'Es Trenc.
