Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply:
The goods are delivered worldwide. We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods).
We calculate the shipping costs according to the order value (gross value of goods):
- value of goods up to 49€ = 5,95€
- from an order value of 49€ we deliver free of shipping costs
We calculate the shipping costs abroad as a lump sum as follows:
Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland: 13,95€
Great Britain, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary: 16,95€
As far as no other time limit is stated in the respective offer, the delivery of the goods within the country (Germany) will take place within 3 - 5 days, in case of foreign deliveries within 5 - 20 days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed advance payment after the date of your payment instruction).
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and holidays.
If you have ordered articles with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have made different agreements with you. In this case the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time you have ordered.
The minimum order value is: 5,00€.

If you pay by credit card, your credit card account will be charged upon conclusion of the contract.
We ship with UPS (when ordering single products or bulk orders) and DB Schenker (when ordering whole pallets or containers).
In the case of shipment to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs are incurred in connection with your order which are not paid by us or invoiced by us, but are payable by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. Please contact these authorities for details.
Under EU rules, a retailer must repair, replace, reduce the price or give you a refund if the goods you buy turn out to be faulty or do not look or work as advertised.

In the EU, you have the right to return online or other forms of distance selling, such as by phone, mail order or door-to-door purchases within 14 days for a full refund. You can do this for any reason - even if you have simply changed your mind.
The 14-day cancellation period does not apply to all purchases. Some of the exceptions are:
Goods made to order or clearly personalised
Used articles or damaged products by the customer
Please note that this list is not exhaustive.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day of receipt of the goods. If the cancellation period expires on a non-working day, your period is extended until the next working day.
How you can withdraw from the purchase
You must inform us that you wish to cancel your purchase. It is not enough to simply return the goods, they must be informed. You can inform us and return the goods at the same time, for example by enclosing a written statement that you are returning the goods by post or sending an e-mail.
You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notification.
The shipping costs for the return shipment are to be paid by the customer.
We will refund the amount within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request. However, we may delay the refund if we do not receive the goods or cannot prove that you have returned the goods.
Your refund will include all shipping costs you paid for your purchase. However, we may charge you for delivery costs if you have specifically requested a non-standard delivery (such as express delivery).
