HOPE Mallorca x Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc
Mallorca is a real holiday paradise for many people - especially from Germany. But with the onset of the global pandemic in March 2020 and the complete collapse of tourism, many locals of the popular holiday island have fallen into an existence-threatening situation.
HOPE Mallorca has set itself the goal of being a helping hand to precisely these people. Founded by Heimke Mansfeld, Jasmin Nordiek and Sonja Willner shortly after the start of the pandemic in 2020, the non-profit association has been providing Mallorcans affected by the lack of tourism with food and articles of daily use (hygiene products, nappies, baby food, etc.) ever since.
With the vision "HELP. HOPE. LOVE", the local initiative has spread from a small garage in Santanyi across the entire island within just one year. Especially important for the three founders: The approximately 40 tons of food that HOPE distributes per month to those in need should be fresh, seasonal and nutritious, in order to not only satiate, but nourish.

Donate hope
Like the rest of the island, we at Salinas d'Es Trenc are feeling the effects of reduced tourism. As a team of locals and Mallorca lovers who care deeply about the well-being of the island and its people, we are committed to helping those affected and contributing in our own way.
Together with HOPE Mallorca we have therefore created a special edition of our popular Flor de Sal d'Es Trenc Natural. In three colourful designs, each tin symbolises the large and small deeds with which HOPE supports Mallorcans day after day
and is intended to remind us how important it is to give hope.
With every sold can of the special edition a donation goes to HOPE Mallorca, which is directly invested in the purchase of food.
Give hope now
HELP. HOPE. LOVE.
